Positive: Was my first time at Stayy. Glad i got the Apartment facing the riverside. Lovely and cute Apartment with all the amenities you need. Cosy cute bedroom very clean beddings and towels.. Loved my Stayy and Patrick was very helpful. The Restaurant downstairs is great. Delicious meal and they were very welcoming and friendly. For the perfect weather we had dinner at the Terrace. Loved it.
Negative: A-bit of a hustle with the Parking lot issue when coming and leaving, Due to the fact, You find the Parking lot key in the Apartment.
Summary: Had a very comfortable stay. Will be back.

Negative: This was my second—and definitely my last—stay at this apartment, and unfortunately, it was a disappointment from the start. We arrived early in the morning after a long flight from Singapore and requested an early check-in. However, the first response we received was a demand for additional payment. While we understand policies around check-in times, some flexibility would have been appreciated, especially since we had stayed here before for 2 weeks. Fortunately, we have friends& family in Switzerland and were able to spend time with them instead. During our first stay, the apartment was extremely cold and we were given a small radiator to head up the apartment, but we chose not to complain through this channel. This time, we noticed a concerning security issue: the access codes of both main door and the one of the apartment remained the same as during our previous visit in January, suggesting they are not regularly updated. The code was eventually changed a day later, but we were given the wrong one, leaving my wife locked out until the cleaner arrived. Additionally, check-out was set at 10 AM. Given the various inconveniences we experienced, a gesture of goodwill—such as a late check-out—would have been appreciated, but none was offered. At that point, I didn’t even bother to ask. Overall, the lack of flexibility and poor service made for a frustrating experience, and I would not choose to stay here again.
